Assembled Partitions
In the early 1950's, the Murnane Team designed and built machinery for the manufacture of Assembled Partitions to serve the burgeoning chocolate covered cherry market. Within a decade, Harder Partition Company was acquired to solidify Murnane's position as a leader in this industry.
Today, we continue to provide the confectionery and baking industries with quality Assembled Partitions. Both virgin and recycled grades of paperboard are converted on our machines. Some paperboard grades such as Milk Carton, are made with bleached fibres which are then polyethylene extruded on two (2) sides. This polyethylene is engineered to provide an ideal grease resistant barrier for candy and bakery products.
As with our whole line of packaging, 4 cell, 6 cell, 12 cell, etc., Assembled Partitions are custom made to fit your tin, set-up box, folding carton, or specialty box. If protection and separation of your product is a "must", a Murnane Assembled Partition is the answer.
